These Bonus Tools will remain accessible and fully functional even after the associated Premium tool subscription or license period expires. This benefit applies exclusively to Premium tool purchases made on or after the specified date and does not apply retroactively to purchases made prior to November 10, 2025. In the event that a customer receives a refund for their Premium tool purchase before the subscription or license period has expired, access to the Bonus Tools and the associated account will be deactivated immediately upon processing of the refund.

10. Licence Restrictions and Non-Commercial Use

The licence granted to you for the digital product is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, share, sublicense, or resell the Product. Any use beyond personal consumption is strictly prohibited and will be considered a material breach of these terms.

Consequences of Breach
If the Buyer breaches the Non-Resale Clause, Roulette profit and stop reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement, cancel future orders, revoke access to digital content, and pursue all available legal and equitable remedies, including seeking monetary damages and injunctive relief.
