3. Gambling Disclaimer

4. Purchases and Payments

All sales are processed securely via PayPal. Please ensure that the email address associated with your PayPal transaction is correct, as this may be used to provision and deliver your account credentials.

4A. Delivery and Activation

Upon successful payment via PayPal, user accounts and tool access are provisioned manually. We aim to deliver unique dashboard login credentials by email within 12 to 24 hours of purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your activation email within this timeframe.

For the purposes of these Terms, delivery is considered completed when the activation email containing the login credentials or access instructions has been dispatched to the email address associated with the buyer's PayPal transaction. We may retain records of account creation, activation, and delivery for customer-service, security, and payment-dispute purposes.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or where we expressly agree otherwise. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, personal gambling losses, or dissatisfaction with gambling results.

Where permitted by applicable law, a consumer's statutory cancellation right for digital content may be lost once supply begins, provided the consumer has given the required express consent to supply before the end of the cancellation period and has acknowledged that the cancellation right will be lost. The relevant consent and acknowledgement should be obtained during the purchase process and are not created solely by these Terms.

If access is not provided, or there is a verified technical error that prevents the purchased tool from being supplied as described, please contact groundiskey@outlook.com so that the issue can be investigated and, where appropriate, remedied.

5A. Access Period and Non-Recurring Purchases

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific promotional benefit, all single-tool and bundle passes grant a strict, non-recurring 30-day access period beginning from the timestamp of account creation. Access will automatically terminate after 30 days. No automated rebilling or subscription renewal applies to these passes. Continued access requires a new manual purchase.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected (such as your name, email address, account details, and information associated with your purchase) is used for account setup, communication, product access, customer support, security, and payment administration. Where necessary for account security and enforcement of these Terms, we may also process technical information such as IP addresses, login timestamps, session information, and device or browser information.

8A. Digital Tools and Updates

Our digital tools, systems, and online resources are provided on an "as available" basis. Roulette Risk Management reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or permanently remove any tool or feature at any time and at our sole discretion, without prior notice or obligation.

We make no guarantees regarding the continued availability, accuracy, or performance of any digital tool. You acknowledge and agree that use of any tool or system is entirely at your own risk. Roulette Risk Management shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use, unavailability, modification, or discontinuation of any digital tool or feature.

By using our tools, you agree that it is your responsibility to ensure compatibility, maintain appropriate backups, and assess any associated risks before use.

9. Purchases

Premium Tool Purchases - Bonus Tools (Effective November 10, 2025) Purchases of Premium tools made on or after November 10, 2025, will automatically include complimentary access to three (3) additional tools: 3 OF A KIND, SINGLE NUMBER SETUP, and HOT COLD (collectively, the "Bonus Tools"). Where this specific promotional benefit applies, the Bonus Tools will remain accessible and fully functional even after the associated Premium tool's standard access period expires. This promotional exception applies exclusively to Premium tool purchases made on or after November 10, 2025, and does not apply retroactively to purchases made prior to November 10, 2025. In the event that a customer receives a refund for their Premium tool purchase before the subscription or license period has expired, access to the Bonus Tools and the associated account will be deactivated immediately upon processing of the refund.

10. Licence Restrictions and Non-Commercial Use

The licence granted to you for the digital product is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, share, sublicense, or resell the Product. Any use beyond personal consumption is strictly prohibited and will be considered a material breach of these terms.

10A. Account Security and Sharing

Each 30-day login pass is strictly for the individual customer who purchased it. Account credentials must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by other persons. Simultaneous logins or access patterns indicating use from multiple distinct locations or IP addresses may be treated as evidence of account sharing or unauthorised use.

You must not scrape, copy, reproduce, systematically collect, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract data or content from the dashboard or its visual aids except as expressly permitted by us in writing. Where we reasonably believe that an account is being shared, misused, scraped, or accessed without authorisation, we may immediately suspend or terminate access without refund, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Consequences of Breach
If the Buyer breaches the Non-Resale Clause, Account Security and Sharing rules, or other material licence restrictions, Roulette Risk Management reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement, cancel future orders, revoke access to digital content, and pursue all available legal and equitable remedies, including seeking monetary damages and injunctive relief.

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
